Tristan Shepherd
Director
Tristan Shepherd is a director, editor and producer, known for The Outside In (2014), A Thousand Empty Glasses (2012) and Nobody Sees (2019).
An award winning filmmaker with experience as a director, editor, videographer and producer, he has worked across a range of mediums and with a number of high profile clients such as Facebook, SportsBible, the BBC and the New York Times.
In 2012 he co-founded production company, Take Cover Films, which specialises in narrative fiction. His movies have screened at prestigious film festivals across the world, receiving an audience pick at Palm Springs International Shortfest, Best British Short Nominations at Raindance and Leeds Film Festival and a Best Narrative Short Award at Lift-Off Festival’s End of Season Ceremony.
The short film”Nobody Sees” which was developed in conjunction with students from The Screen Acting Year Course at the Reel Scene received an award nomination at the prestigious Gold Movie Awards in London.
Tristan writes and directs short films as part of The Screen Acting Year Course.
