Alex Fidelski is a London-based producer, talent agent, acting coach and the founder & CEO of The Reel Scene, a creative training, casting and production organisation that operates an acting school, the RS Talent agency and RS Productions. He trained in performance and has built a career around developing actors and facilitating their transition into film, television and commercial work, delivering classes and workshops on auditioning, self-taping and professional career preparation. As a producer and casting professional he is credited on projects including The Bystanders (2020), The Agony and The Ecstasy (2017) and Magic among others, blending creative production with industry mentorship. 

Under Fidelski’s leadership, The Reel Scene has grown into a multifaceted platform that supports actors through training, representation and production services, connecting students and talent with working directors, casting teams and industry professionals. He continues to expand the company’s footprint locally and internationally, extending its reach through online training via The Actors Gym and by participating in industry events such as film festivals, while maintaining active involvement in casting and producing roles across screen projects
