This is a three-hour professional acting taster session in Central London designed to show what real screen-acting training is actually like.

It gives a clear, practical introduction to The Reel Scene’s environment, standards, and teaching approach, so you can assess fit without guesswork.

Suitable for complete beginners, returners, and creatives exploring screen acting.

No experience required. Ages 16+. English-speaking.

The Reel Scene operates as an acting school, talent agency, production company, and online training platform under one roof. Training is led by working actors, directors, casting professionals, and agents.

There is a defined progression route from beginner training through advanced courses, representation, and professional work.

Students gain access to RS Talent and RS Productions. The focus is long-term development, not quick wins.

The session includes practical acting exercises and improvisation led by a working actor, an introduction to core screen-acting skills used in film and TV, and structured opportunities to work, observe, and participate at your own pace.

There is a Q&A with an agent or industry professional covering training pathways, representation, and realistic next steps, plus direct guidance on which course - if any - is appropriate for you.

The emphasis is on learning and understanding professional expectations, not polished performance.
