Lisa Beach is a seasoned American casting director whose career in film and television began in the 1980s. She transitioned from assisting a director to working under casting director David Rubin, and then established herself as an independent casting director. She’s partnered with casting partner Sarah Katzman since 2001, forming Beach/Katzman Casting. Over nearly four decades she’s cast more than fifty films and numerous TV projects. 

Her body of work includes major Hollywood comedies and dramas such as Scream (1996), Scream 2 (1997), Scream 3 (2000), Election, Wedding Crashers, Horrible Bosses, We’re the Millers, The Wolverine, Logan; and mainstream studio movies like Central Intelligence, Bad Santa 2, Vacation, Identity, The Sweetest Thing, Girl, Interrupted, Walk the Line, 3:10 to Yuma, Fred Claus, Role Models, Knight and Day, Identity Thief and many others. 

Beach’s casting work has been recognised by her peers with several Casting Society of America (CSA) Artios Award nominations and wins — awards that honor excellence in casting. Her CSA wins include accolades for Wedding Crashers, About Schmidt and Election, among multiple nominations over the years. 

In television she’s cast shows including Hawaii Five-0, The Detour, Hung, and Impulse.
