Caring Short Film Wins Choice Award as Reel Scene Productions Goes from Strength to Strength

Shot with alumni from our Screen Acting Year course, Caring continues to gain momentum on the international festival circuit. The film has already won Best Film at the Dallas Film Festival, reached semi-finalist status at a Japanese international film festival, and received a nomination at the West London Film Festival. This latest recognition is a further testament to the quality of the work produced by our actors, cast, and crew.

At Reel Scene, we work relentlessly to create films that stand out and play to the strengths of our actors. Our productions are designed to challenge performers, push them creatively beyond training, and provide meaningful stepping stones into the professional industry. Every film is submitted to festivals, credited on IMDb, and positioned to support actors in promoting themselves to agents and casting directors, as well as attending screenings and industry events.

Caring interrogates our discomfort with artificial empathy, the ethics of assisted care, and the human cost of technological evolution. It is a powerful example of the calibre of stories we are telling and the level our actors are reaching.
